Withdrawal of driving entitlement
Withdrawal ends an existing driving entitlement by authority decision when statutory requirements are no longer met. It is distinct from a demerit entry.
Section 24 FSG links withdrawal in particular to traffic reliability, medical fitness or driving competence. The individual decision must identify the applicable ground.
A typical context is a decision stating the start, duration and accompanying measures. Section 25 FSG governs duration without imposing one uniform period for every case.
