Traffic reliability

Traffic reliability is the statutory prognosis whether a person will respect road safety and the relevant rules when driving. Section 7 FSG supplies the legal test.

In brief

The authority relies on specified facts and their legal evaluation, not on a general character judgment. Seriousness, passage of time and circumstances may be relevant.

A typical context is a withdrawal decision alleging lack of traffic reliability. This administrative prognosis requires its own reasons and is not identical to a penalty.
