Driver disclosure
A driver disclosure is a request under section 103(2) KFG asking who drove or last parked a specified vehicle at a specified time.
The answer must identify that person and address. If the registered keeper cannot answer, the keeper must name the person who can; the request states the time and deadline.
A typical context is a letter after an event documented through the registration number. The information duty is distinct from the later assessment of an alleged offence.
