After a failed driving test, first identify the part of the test concerned and what the result records. A new appointment does not replace review of the specific registration and requirements.
§§ 11 und 12 FSG provides the statutory framework. Keep the test record, driving school documents, payment record and written authority messages before planning the next attempt.

A negative result should show whether theory, practical driving or a particular part was concerned. “Failed” alone is not enough for a reliable chronology.

A repetition does not arise solely from an informal appointment. Check what registration, waiting period, training or confirmation the school and authority require.
Keep every registration with its date and class. If statements conflict, obtain written information from the responsible body.
