Remedial training is a statutory accompanying measure ordered by the authority in cases covered by the FSG. It is not a penalty.
The order and legal basis in the decision are decisive. Content and proof depend on the individual measure; the term alone does not establish a universal course deadline.
A typical context is a withdrawal decision or the demerit system. Proper evidence of the ordered training may affect the driving entitlement.
