Appeal
A complaint to the administrative court is the legal remedy against an administrative authority decision. Section 7 VwGVG governs the complaint deadline.
The standard period is four weeks; its start and admissibility depend on service, appeal notice and special rules. The complaint must identify the decision and alleged unlawfulness.
A typical context is a withdrawal decision. Suspensive effect is separate from timely filing and adequate grounds.
