Legal framework

Section 103(2) KFG governs the authority request. The requested information identifies a person by name and address. If the registered keeper cannot provide it, the provision refers to naming the person who can.

This checklist replaces neither review of the original letter nor legal assessment of unclear or inconsistent knowledge.
